We are excited to announce that we will be collaborating with the parishes of Cathedral and St. Casimir to offer programming for our parish families. This will include Family Faith Formation sessions at St. Casmir Parish and other events held here at St. Mary’s Parish.
We will continue to meet weekly on Wednesday nights at St. Casimir’s church. Our overarching theme for all age groups the first half of the year is Mary. We will all come to deeper knowledge of who is this extraordinary person who became the Mother of God. We will come to know Mary better through story, art, song, prayer, scripture, and drama. Your Wednesday nights will soon be filled with, diverse activities, experiences of encounter, works of mercy, conversations of wonder and awe, and, of course, immersing ourselves in the Paschal Mystery through Holy Day Masses, Sacraments, and the Living Stations of the Cross.
Grades K-9 will have classroom activities and conversations of wonder and awe. Adults and youth who have received the Sacrament of Confirmation will form small groups to view and discuss topics of the faith especially relating to Mary, Jesus, and the Eucharist.
